Trading Technologies Expands Global Software Licensing Agreement with Goldman Sachs

CHICAGO, August 8, 2006 — Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT) announced today that it has extended its existing U.S. software license agreement (SLA) to enable Goldman, Sachs & Co. to distribute TT's software to its European clients via a high speed network based in London. The new global initiative builds on the success of the existing U.S. arrangement and puts Goldman Sachs and TT in a strong position to provide local service for clients worldwide who wish to access the global electronic futures markets.
